I purchased titan vendors. There is are single item selling boards included in one of the packages. Other than mentioning them as an available accessory, the owner's manual does not contain any directions for how to set them up, config the notecard or how they can be used.

Your vendors seem to be of high quality but they are very poorly documented. When i was looking at them, the same notecard is in each of the sales signs and doesn't explain the difference between them. You also have in your information that you can get the single item boards as an accessory but its not available for sale.

I have been trying for a long time to get some support for your product and have been unable to do so.

Until you improve your support and documentation, i will NOT recommend any of your vendors to anyone. However i expect to get support for the products i have purchased. At a minimum i have a right to expect directions for using them. I am not a happy customer.

Is it just me or is JH Vendors closed? I still got no answer on a question I've asked 2 weeks ago, the last news is from march??

If I try to set the selected set to temp rezz it will not react in chat, it doesn't react at all to temp on. And yes, I'm next to the Jack in the box and every item is in 10 meter distance. Someone please help me?
