Weekends performance dip

Starting friday, march 28th around 11 am and lasting till monday morning 6 am, we suffered from huge performance dips originating from a malfunctioning network with our hostingprovider.

Helpdesk available to registered users

To offer better support we installed a ticketsystem, available to our registered users.

Site transfered

When you read this the site has transfered to a more stable hosting solution and shows in the old layout.

Items not delivering, either poof on first rezz

Since march we experience troubles on the grid with items not arriving in the customers inventory. Untill now i found two scenarios, first where the items dont arrive at all, second where the items arrive but poof on rez.

Manuals broke

As it seems with one of the latest versions of SL the mechanism of embedded notecards in the manuals broke. On opening you will see a message stating that you don't have the rights to read them.
